We understand that the cost of club volleyball can be a challenge for some families, and we’re committed to doing everything we can to make participation accessible. FCA Ultra Volleyball Club offers scholarships, referral incentives, and player-led fundraising opportunities to help offset expenses, because we believe financial barriers shouldn’t stand in the way of a player’s growth and passion for the game. Our goal is to work with families to find solutions, whether through flexible payment plans, sponsorships, or creative fundraising efforts, so every athlete has the chance to compete, learn, and thrive.

Last year alone, we raised and awarded over $20,000 in financial support—not from player fees, but through generous sponsorships. In addition, athletes who participated in fundraisers were able to raise an average of $1,300 to directly reduce their costs, with the potential for even more. We strongly encourage our families to apply for assistance and take advantage of these programs, knowing that we will do our very best to meet each family where they are financially.

    The FCA Ultra Scholarship Program is designed to support families with demonstrated financial need, ensuring that every athlete has the opportunity to participate in competitive volleyball regardless of financial circumstances. Rooted in our mission to develop both skill and character, the program not only offers assistance but also promotes accountability, commitment, and Christ-centered growth. Scholarship recipients are expected to uphold the values of FCA Ultra through consistent attendance, positive team engagement, and a strong representation of integrity both on and off the court.

    Fundraising is a great way to assist athletes and families with the cost of club volleyball, and we provide several creative, player-led opportunities throughout the season. One of our most popular options is "Clear the Calendar", a simple and effective fundraiser where friends and family can choose a calendar day to sponsor, with each day representing a donation amount. We encourage all players to participate in fundraising to help ease financial pressure and take ownership of their experience. Whether through individual efforts or team-wide initiatives, we’re here to support families every step of the way.

    Have a friend or family member interested in playing club volleyball for the first time? At FCA Ultra Volleyball Club, we believe the best kind of growth comes through strong community connections. That’s why we’re excited to offer a referral incentive to our current families. For each new athlete you refer who joins a team, you’ll receive a discount on your club fees—up to a total of $300. It’s our way of saying thank you for spreading the word and helping others experience the benefits of being part of FCA Ultra.
